Delivery and Returns
There is no charge for UK delivery at present. We only currently sell within the UK. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us before ordering.
Personalised items - non baby print items:-
7 working days from ordering, providing us with the necessary personalisation details and making payment. If all the personalisation details or address details are not provided this will result in a delay.
All items are sent by Royal Mail and proof of postage is obtained. We will email to advise you of dispatch. If an item hasn't arrived after 10 working days, we will send a replacement. We cannot send a replacement before this timescale as a claim for the lost package will need to be lodged with Royal Mail.
Personalised baby print items:-
Print taking kits are usually dispatched within 2 working days and the finished item within 10 working days of receiving the prints. During busy periods dispatch times may vary. If an item is needed by a certain date this must be agreed prior to ordering. If you wish to cancel the order after a print taking kit has been dispatched, then you will be required to return the unopened and unused kit to us or will be required to pay the cost of the kit of £2.95. A charge of two 1st class stamps will also be applied to cover our postage costs.
Due to the nature of our products and individual monitor settings, colours may vary slightly from the photographs. Please be aware of this and if it is an issue we would advise against purchase. A refund will not be issued.
Should you need an item quicker than the timescale stated, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Cut off dates for special occasions such as Christmas will be displayed on our website. Any orders placed after the stated dates are placed at your own risk and may not be dispatched in time.
Please ensure that you enter your correct delivery details as we cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver in this circumstance. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery/shipping address details at the time of placing your order. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will endevour to re-send the item to you but only if and when the parcel has been returned to ourselves. Under no circumstances will the item be re-sent until we have received the item back. We also cannot guarantee delivery of a product by a certain date. We can guarantee dispatch but delivery is in the hands of Royal Mail and therefore out of our control.
Also, if you are out when delivery is attempted, please make sure you collect from your local depot or re-arrange delivery within the time stated on the card. Otherwise the parcel will be returned to sender. We will do our best to return to you but all costs must be covered by yourselves. Please be aware that parcels can take up to 2 months to be returned to the sender. As we have no control over this process the timescales for returned items cannot be reduced.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately to discuss. We are committed to providing first class customer service and will do our utmost to remedy the situation. Please note that with personalised items we cannot accept refunds unless the item is faulty or there is a grammatical error where we are at fault. Any missing, damaged or incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days of you receiving your order. For items that are damaged or incorrect we require that you send us photgraphic evidence to substantiate your claim.
If you wish to cancel your order, you are free to do so providing work has not commenced on your product. Please email us at email@example.com
